Okay. I was right in one aspect -- the girl in the space suit is Amy's time traveling daughter. Didn't see the rest of it coming....

But I still think River is The Doctor's eventual [future] wife and murderer.

You may be right. I was tickled by how he giggled when River was confirming things for him. "But we 'smoochie-smoochie'd!" It took a while, but I'm really liking this Doctor.
