Date: Jan. 31st, 2006 03:41 am (UTC)In Phase 2, the dieter starts adding back items like whole grains and whole fruits, emphasis on whole. This is the long-term weight loss phase where the dieter stays until achieving goal weight.
Phase 3, maintenance. Eat normally, but restrict consumption of highly processed foods.
It's a lot easier than I thought, even the restrictive phase. I seldom feel really hungry, I drink lots of water to help stave off hunger pangs, and if I am genuinely hungry between meals, I can have a healthy snack like a handful of nuts or a stalk of celery with cheese. In fact, the diet menu plans include recommended snacks.
Very cool. I'm encouraged to stick with it.
