Poll will remain open until roughly midnight Central Time. I leave for the airport in the morning. BTW, your answer will also determine what I wear on the plane, so, um, no pressure. :-)

Poll is now closed. I've decided to split the difference. I'll wear slip-ons for the trip out, and the boots on the way home. Some creative packing has given me sufficient room for all clothing/essentials. I intend to do some Christmas shopping while in San Luis Obispo and will need more room on the way home.
