Busy weekend
Jun. 12th, 2005 05:04 pmSaturday I attended the last session of my "grantsmanship" workshop. I feel marginally more ready to write a grant now. We'll see how it goes.
Today was spent in Hot Springs with Momsie & Popsie. They recently bought new light fixtures, floor tile, and hardware for the house and wanted to show them to me. We also looked at laminate counter surface samples but haven't made a final decision on that yet. Mom & I stopped at an antique store where I bought a teapot, of course, and the quintessential Southern snack treat: an RC Cola and a Moonpie. If you've never had this delicacy, you must remedy that lack immediately. Oh my stars.
The theater board meeting starts shortly. Better round up my preliminary grant material and get ready to go.
