shendoah posted yesterday and watched the little video on how to use the thing. Essentially, the user pours a warm saline solution in one nostril, the water exits the other nostril, and then the user switches nostrils. Okay. What about breathing? Do I breathe through my mouth while this is happening? Do I inhale before inserting spout and exhale during the irrigation? If I buy one of these things, I sure hope it comes with written instructions. The video leaves too many questions unanswered.
No rehearsal this evening, and spouse doesn't have to work tonight. We get to spend the evening together for once. He's cooking dinner while I goof off on the computer. We went out a while ago and rented a couple of movies to watch over the weekend. A lazy evening is planned.
