Such a strange little slice of life

Could be a freak. Could just be extraordinarily lazy, too.

This is the oddest part. He stood there for at least a full second while he decided what to do. Why not simply turn around and open the door with his backside instead of jumping in front of me? Or did the possible germophobia extend to contact of any kind with public doors? If so, how can he manage to go out in public at all? Does he use his feet to open non-automatic doors like the silly woman in that soap commercial?

(This coming from the decidedly non-germophobic woman who usually fails to wash her hands prior to eating, unless she was petting one of the animals immediately beforehand.)

(But, to put your mind at ease, I always wash before cooking and after using the restroom!)
