When I interviewed Large Corporation, I had 2 one on one interviews and a panel interview, me against TEN. No pressure!!! I then sent a hand written thank you not to the lead guy and included the names of the other 9 and a nice comment about each.

Yes, learn to suck up before you even get the job!!! :D
